Client: Paris Sorbonne IV university
Overview:
The university of Paris Sorbonne IV wish to restore some of its sites and has studied the opportunity to use the public private partnership contract.
To do so, the client ask for a support team which brings the following skills: juridical, technical, financial. The client gave to this team an advice mission, feasibility and opportunity studies for a public private partnership project relating to a demolition operation, a reconstruction and an extension of the Clignancourt university centre (Paris 19ème). This mission aims to demonstrate that the new regulatory requirements for a public private partnership contract were fulfilled and justify the benefits to use this method for a cost’s analysis, performances and risk sharing.
