- In order to ensure the continuity of the management of its state housing stock, the French State, Ministry of Defence (the Ministry), wishes to put in place an outsourcing contract for the management of its housing (approximately 14,700 housing units).
- The housing stock consists of approximately 8,200 existing state-owned homes, 4,000 homes currently under an administrative long-term lease (“BEA”) and 2,500 homes from new construction and acquisitions. These accommodations are spread across the metropolitan France.
